Dr Durkin is very caring and understanding, she listens to you and takes her time with you rather than rush, however it is very difficult to get an appointment to see Dr Durkin through the secretaries, it took up to a month to try get appointment and that was through secretaries not communicating and kept telling me they would ring me back and they didn’t, the only downfall in this department is the secretaries, their communication skills are awful, but Dr Durkin is amazing I wouldn’t see any other consultant.
