Dr Al-Shakarchi takes the trouble to go beyond her remit to find out what's going on in life and health. Her detailed notes are a great help to me in keeping track of my progress and no doubt to other medics looking after me too. Always encouraging, visits and calls also help greatly with mental health.

I have had the privilege of being seen by Dr Israa Al-Shakarchi over the last few years. I could not be more happy with the care and treatment I received. Dr Al-Shakarchi was extremely helpful and I felt she really cared about my condition and wellbeing. She knew what my diagnosis was instantly, from our very first appointment, and told me everything I needed to know as well as answering all my questions. She has continued to offer valuable support and my condition is currently under control.

I have had the pleasure of 2 consultations with Dr Al-Shakarchi. Her attention to detail in arriving at helpful and relevant advice is outstanding but above all else, Dr Al-Shakarchi has a delightful, self-effacing sense of humour that immediately puts you at ease. I actually look forward to the consultations which is almost unheard of and would say that you are lucky if you are to be consulted by her.
