Dr Gosai is fantastic. He's very thoughtful, gentle and respectful. I feel heard and well cared for. He explains things well and stresses points without talking down or patronising.

The doctor is very understanding, particularly when you are from an ethnic background which might make it difficult to express yourself during the interview. Moreover, if you have been stuck in the cul-de-sac of depression and anxiety management, with worries that you may have any other disorders with similar symptoms (Bi-polar, EUPD) then through the process you will come to understand very well how adult ADHD is different from the media and social stereotype, and more often than not IF you do have ADHD and not any of the other conditions, then the symptoms of the condition can be treated and managed with appropriate medication.

Dr Gosai was unable to answer any questions on adhd medication. He wasted time on the call and then said he needed to end the call when the allotted time had come to and end and cut me off. He did not care about my concerns around my medication. He wanted to discharge regardless of my uncertainty around my medication. He refused to talk about any co-morbidities and how it may affect adhd and adhd medication. He is unable to have a two way conversation and is patronising.
