What a lovely gentle man. He asked a lot of questions, listened to my replies without rushing me and gave good advice. Highly recommend.

What a lovely consultant Dr Isam Izzeldin has been to me. Informative, caring and wise in his advice, and I know I can trust his word as he has overseen my condition and treatment over the last year. Thank you so much Dr Izzeldin, I could wish for no better neurologist.

Was referred to by the GP. Showed zero empathy and was dismissive even before I shared all my concerns. Could’ve been mindful of the fact he’s dealing with a patient with multiple chronic disorders including one of the most rare conditions. Me being a person of ethnic minority- he asked if everything is ok “back home” then asked if I’m sure everything is ok yet again - before even listening to symptoms. The only home I have is here in UK. Reading by the comments he seems to treat people outside his race better and looks down/disregards people of his own race. Was seen by Dr Lennox in the same hospital previously, feeling the contrast, I was in tears. If seeing under private health insurance, would recommend Dr Lennox as you can choose. The most knowledgable wise and emphatic health professional I’ve ever come across.

Very patient, compassionate and person-centred. Thank you so much for allaying my father’s anxiety and agreeing a plan of action.

This Doctor is a very pleasant person who demonstrated patience and professionalism. I was very nervous, but as the consultation progressed, I relaxed somewhat. He supplied information about the condition that causes the numbness in my thighs very thoroughly through visual diagrams. He is an active listener, with a caring disposition. I received my consultation in Irvine, Scotland: not in Kent, so I hope I am reviewing the correct Doctor. Perhaps he has moved to Scotland.
