I had spent most of my adult life feeling as though I was somehow different and a hopeless failure. I just couldn’t understand why I found everyday tasks so impossible. How to live a consistent, regulated life was a mystery to me. I was depressed and at rock bottom when I had an assessment with Dr Iqbal. He was kind and friendly, and I immediately felt at ease with him. He is empathic, as well as being knowledgeable and professional. I actually felt that for the first time, someone really understood how and why I felt as I did.
Dr Iqbal diagnosed me with Adult ADHD – it was a huge relief to finally have an answer as to why I am the way I am. As well as suggesting medication, he also talked about how to holistically manage the challenges of ADHD. I have started on medication and have also made lifestyle changes. For the first time in years I am able to focus, I have motivation, my depression has lifted, my self esteem has improved – and perhaps most importantly I finally have hope that I will be able to enjoy the rest of my life! I am hugely grateful to Dr Iqbal for his help - thank you so much.

I came for a private ADHD assessment with Dr iqbal. The process was quick and easy to get booked in, Iqbal is excellent at ensuring you feel understood and put at ease during the assessment. He has been excellent throughout the entire process, next steps were communicated clearly and a prescription arrived less than 48 hours after the assessment.
The diagnosis and medication has been life changing, I cannot recommend enough Iampsychiatry, Dr iqbal and his team. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone that is seeking a psychiatrists assistance to this excellent team.

I contacted Dr Mohiuddin for support in accessing medication for adult ADHD following an assessment by another psychiatrist a couple of years prior. Dr Mohiuddin was understanding and listened attentively to my needs. I felt relaxed talking to Dr Mohiuddin, as he has a warm and friendly way of communicating. I am now stable on medication that helps me to engage with my life in ways I was struggling to before seeing Dr Mohiuddin. He also liaised well with my GP surgery to help me transition to NHS prescriptions for receiving my medication on an ongoing basis.
