I felt listened too and understood. The review gave me actual hope that recovery is possible and I won’t always feel like this, which I haven’t felt for a while.
I didn’t feel fobbed off with more meds and I really appreciated the additional therapeutic suggestions to help myself with ongoing support from the crisis team.
