The most caring doctor I ever met. He is kind, gentle, listens all the concerns , provides guidance and reassurance with confidence. Very approachable and treats you with great respect. He explains everything in detail and answers any questions. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for great genuine care.

I initially saw Dr Palamaras in December 2020 with regards to a burning sensation in my fingertips and purpura. I also had Scabbing and a Dermatitis type rash along the outside of my dorsal digits. Dr Palamaras examined these regions thoroughly using a Dermatoscope which allowed him to diagnose the problem effectively and with great precision. He explained his findings in detail and allowed me to ask questions exhibiting immense patience, knowledge and expertise. I followed his protocol which involved me applying an efficacious steroid ointment- Dermovate, to the affected area, twice daily for 6 weeks. Dr Palamaras reviewed me 6 weeks later, and the area affected had subsided but not completely. He then injected me with a steroid- Depomedrone 40ml into the buttock. This helped me tremendously and resolved the issue completely. Also I suffer from Crohn's disease which was diagnosed 10 years ago. Due to me suffering from this Autoimmune disorder, I have also experienced tendonopathies and enthesitis - ie Arthropathy. The Depomedrone injection relieved these symptoms tremendously and 3 months on after the injection, these pain symptoms have subsided considerably. Dr Palamaras has completely resolved my problem, and I experienced no adverse side-effects whatsoever. Visited Doctor Palamaras at his Barnett practice. I had a skin problem on a very visible part of my body for several months which bothered me and despite repeated visits to my GP and an NHS specialist, I couldn't get a categoric answer on what the problem was. He was recommended to me through a friend and I am glad I was asked to be referred to him. He listened carefully my concerns, arranged for a biopsy promptly and within a few weeks I had a clear diagnosis and the right treatment. Overall, a very positive experience.
