All the staff at the Fir Road Surgery are friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to help their patients. Dr Macdonald treated me with dignity and respect and took care of my medical problem in a professionally caring way. I couldn't ask for better treatment.

Upon arrival, the reception staff are lovely as well as over the phone. Having been on several occasions, the waiting time is always minimal which is good. I found Dr Macdonald to be very approachable, caring, informative, a good listener, efficient and I would not hesitate to consult her again or recommend her to others! Thank you Iona.

I am so impressed by this Dr. She is truly the best GP I have ever seen. She always listens and engages with you and seems to genuinely care. I know she is busy but I never feel rushed and she has done her best to try different options for treating my condition which is not straight forward to treat. I am very grateful and glad to have the opportunity to express it.

I moved from North London a few years ago to the Twickenham area and joined The Green Practice which is the sister surgery to the Fir Road surgery, so when I moved to the Hampton area i was near Fir Road and their was no messing about other than just changing our address. I have found them to be very hands on and pro-active rather than reactive. Also having many doctors at the surgery you can seem to get an appointment quite quickly, having heard stories in the news about some people not being able to get an appointment with their GP's (whether this is media scaremongering ,I don't know). All I can say is I'm very happy with this and the sister Surgery.
