This was the first surgery I've ever had in my life and this surgeon/doctor was absolutely amazing.
He decribed everything that would happen, pros and cons/risks that may occur, recovery time and answered any questions asked happily.
He's very professional and also friendly and approachable, I felt very comfortable with talking over the procedure on each occassion/appointment before and after the surgery.
He worked well with all of the staff/team/collegues and they all seemed genuinely happy to be working together helping others which helped me to feel relaxed and in good hands.

I am a trans man and saw Dr Ntanos as the surgeon who carried out a double mastectomy with nipple grafts. He is really approachable, gentle and personable. He was clear with his instructions for self care after the op. He asked me how I'd like my results to look which made me feel really positive and in control. He was confident and communicative and I felt entirely at ease in his care. He clearly knew about trans health and was well experienced working with clients like me. Highly recommend.

I saw Mr Ntanos as part of the team at Manchester Chest Wall Contouring Clinic. I was treated exceptionally well by him and everyone involved in my care. My surgical result was excellent and the care, understanding and empathy shown by Mr Ntanos in treating transgender and gender non-conforming people is outstanding. I wish all medical personnel were like this. I cannot praise their work enough and thank them all for their dedication and support.

Ntanos performed a bilateral mastectomy and chest reconstruction with free nipple grafts for me alongside Dabritz at NMGH. He was really reassuring and kind, and made me feel at ease. I am a trans man and I think he may be fairly new to that specific type of surgery, but I felt really confident with him anyway and he was really respectful of me and listened to what I wanted. The results are really great so far, couldn't be happier with my experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.
