Dr Wolff is a fantastic GP, she's incredibly hard working and takes time for all her patients. I have multiple complex conditions and Dr Wolff supports me to manage my conditions the very best she can. She has great empathy and a lovely caring "bedside manner", I always feel listened too and feel she will be honest with me about options and various treatments.

A very charming (yes, that is important) and very proactive Doctor and hopefully a similar survey is being requested of them as well as this one from Patients. Doctors are taught 'Bedside manner' during their 7 year training - some forget it as soon as they graduate, some such as Dr. Wolff excels in this and a true merit to the Practice. Her time keeping for appointments is appalling, for all the reasons already stated - BJ says: 'It's better to treat 1 Patient 99% satisfactorly than 99 Patients only 1% satisfactorly'.

I saw Doctor Wolff when my regular doctor was not available. She was unbelievably helpful in suggesting ways in which I could speed up my cardiac investigation by recommending a private consultant Shrilla Banerjee. This changed the whole course and timing of my treatment.
