A very charming (yes, that is important) and very proactive Doctor and hopefully a similar survey is being requested of them as well as this one from Patients. Doctors are taught 'Bedside manner' during their 7 year training - some forget it as soon as they graduate, some such as Dr. Wolff excels in this and a true merit to the Practice. Her time keeping for appointments is appalling, for all the reasons already stated - BJ says: 'It's better to treat 1 Patient 99% satisfactorly than 99 Patients only 1% satisfactorly'.
