I have had several Doctors at this surgery, and was sceptical about the possible language barriers etc of a foreign sounding Doctor. I found Dr Yuzgina very approachable and pleasant. She has always tried to diagnose my issues and was open to researching some facts I presented to her, following some of my own research of a potential illness. She has also not delayed referring me to specialists on occasions as well, reducing my time in discomfort etc. Doctor Yuzgina is easy to converse with allaying my original fears and from my dealings seems professional and adept at her job.
