My experience of this doctor is nothing short of shocking. I’ve been to see him a handful of times, most recently with a lump on my arm that I suspected to be basal cell carcinoma. He looked at it and told me it was a cyst, I knew this couldn’t be right as it didn’t move under the skin in the way a cyst was. Went to see a private skin specialist that told me it certainly wasn’t and most likely basal cell cancer. Had to rebook to see a different doc at the practice who took one look at it and said it was typical of BCC. Wasted time, worry and expense.
He is the same doctor that I went to see a couple of years ago with kidney pain and feeling sick and dizzy like I would pass out. I had just had a kidney surgery so I knew my risk for infection was high. I went to see Dr Ramjan and he put the back of his hand to my forehead apparently in an attempt to gauge my temperature and told me I was fine. A week later I was admitted to hospital vomiting with stage 3 sepsis and a 30% chance of death.
He has also put the phone down on me for no apparent reason, seems to please himself and can’t be bothered.
Dr Ramjan is one of the only Drs that has ever properly listened. Overall I’m a healthy person but on 3 separate occasions I was seen by him having been ignored by other Drs and all 3 visits resulted in referrals and diagnosis/surgery. I am so grateful to him. He’s polite, funny, approachable, empathetic and clearly very knowledgeable.
Very polite, Quick, efficient and knew what I needed immediately. Many thanks
Dr Ramjan is thorough, understanding, reassuring and competent. No concerns, in fact when I have to attend clinic with my 6 month old I know he is in safe hands.
DrRamjan not only didn't listen he WOULD NOT listen totally unprofessional not knowing the difference between a lump on the head and a fontanelle was given a paper and told to go to primary care where radiologist were amazed he had requested a ordinary x-ray instead of a MRI as they would have thought. Outcome a couple of weeks later had to attend Accident and Emergency at hospital diagnosis eye stroke with loss of vision in one eye. Recommend Dr Ramjan never.
