It was good to finally see a doctor who understood the whole picture and was fully aware of all amenities available.
The room was cramped and awkward.
Finally, both Pauline and Dr Malik were extremely caring, understanding and wanting to help.
Its a shame that the NHS can't provide the counselling service she requires and has to rely on voluntary services!
