Dr Imran Isma’il is such a wonderful GP, I have seen him severally alone and with my family. I appreciate his patience and demonstration of knowledge because he goes down to explain every bit of the conditions and remedies to your understanding. An amazing person I must say.

By far, the best doctor in the practice. He actually listens to you! Down to earth with a friendly manner, just what you want when ill and stressed. Because he is very popular, you can hardly get to see him though.

Due to a sudden illness I have had to see Dr Ismail regularly for the past 4 months. Throughout this time Dr Ismail has provided outstanding care. He actively listens and will respond to questions using language that can be clearly understood. Even though there is a waiting room full of patients to be seen, Dr Ismail always makes you feel important as an individual and I have never felt rushed during a consultation. Dr Ismail has provided excellent support throughout this period and I really feel that this has helped me with my journey to a place where I am now fit and well enough to return to work and normal activities of life. I highly recommend Dr Ismail as your GP and cannot thank him enough for his consistent understanding and caring service he provides as a health care professional. Thank you Dr Ismail.

Dr Ismail is an excellent doctor who is always interested in what you have to say and is not dismissive like some doctors . My only complaint is that he no longer is our full time doctor in Cranfield and so I have very little contact with him now. Instead the "come and go" doctors in the Cranfield Practice do not know me, can be brusque and dismissive whereas Dr Ismail is quite the opposite. Dr Ismail has known me for quite a few years and when a doctor has known your medical history, I feel far more confident with that doctor than one who has never seen me before. Now they come and go and each visit you see a different face. I'm not happy with the present CranfieldMarston set up as it isn't easy for those who do not drive or are not well enough to drive to go from Cranfield to Marston on a bus!!
