Thank you Dr. Williams for the most comfortable colonoscopy that I have ever had! Although I was nervous you and your team were very kind and reassuring throughout my procedure. I was very appreciative of how you explained what was on the screen and mindful of any discomfort that I could feel. Attending Poole hospital was not at all daunting, the staff are pleasant, and very helpful.
