This doctor really needs to improve her bedside manner. I feel there is no real warmth or caring towards patients. Consultations have made me feel rushed and like I'm an inconvenience. Some sympathy would be lovely, a smile now and again even more so.unfortunately I have felt frustrated on several occasions, having to make suggestions regarding my treatment to her, wrong way round I'm afraid.

Dr Shaw is an exceptional doctor ! There is nothing you cannot talk to her about - be your concerns small or large. She has never once belittled my concerns and has always had the time to listen, and talk them through. Dr Shaw goes above and beyond in my opinion, even telephoning me from time to time to check on my circumctances - should the matter require it. She is professional, knowledgeable, and approchable. Such a lovely lady , and we are luckly to have her in the Practice !

Very good Service and Care, always ready to listen and understand your complaint as do all the Staff at Freshwell Health Centre . cannot Praise them enough!!

Always willing to listen to my concerns and very professional with the right approach towards making the correct prognosis over my condition. As I have found all of the other doctors at this practice. Excellent service by all staff.
