I have been a patient of dr. Tolley for over 15 years. It wasn't until my health deteriorated that i realised just how much of an awful, unorganised doctor he is. During the COVID19 pandemic i experienced severe health issues that needed urgent referrals. I had a telephone appointment with dr T, where he told me 'there are people f*****g worse off than you' and swore at me with anger. He has made me fight for allergy testing for my anaphylaxis for years, refusing it every time until he caved and referred me. When i moved GP's in april, i found out that he withdrew my referral to the allergy clinic because i had left. he is always late, always has stacks of paperwork and always undermines what you say. My gran had a lump appear on her hand which he suggested she rip off with duct tape. It turned out to be skin cancer and if she had not have got that checked by someone else, she may not have been here today.
