In my opinion Dr Pattison is the worst doctor I’ve ever had the misfortune to see. He actually rolled his eyes when I discussed what my medical problem was. Unbelievable !

After seeking medical assistance at A&E and a walk-in centre without success, my husband rang Southlands and Dr Pattison invited me to his surgery straightaway. This was the first time we had met him and he was very friendly, helpful and informative and he arranged for my care to be taken over at the Hospital immediately. I can honestly say “he went that extra mile”.

As part of being a health care provider I would expect to be treated with a bit of courtesy. This is not the case whenever I see this doctor . I only book to see him if the other doctor’s are not available. He rushes you, never listens properly, and recently made a mistake with adjusting my medication. I wouldn’t recommend him at all.

Dr Pattison is the most popular doctor at this surgery because he’s brilliant. I have no idea where these bad reviews have come from. He’s a lovely, friendly, down to earth doctor with a great sense of humour and he’s always listened to me and my family. I wouldn’t want anyone else to be my doctor. I wouldn’t go to any other surgery but this one.

Very unfriendly doctor who hasn’t got a clue how to deal with people. Rushes you and constantly interrupts when you are trying to talk to him.
