I, Julie Ann Carter, am a former patient of Dr Orpen. (Prior to moving to Plymouth). I would give anything to still be in Bath & under his care. I am in late stages of COPD (which Dr Orpen first diagnosed). He was a GP who truly cared. I only wish he could help me now.
