Every time I saw Dr Johnson, whether for my own treatment or for my kids, he has always been very caring, he has listened carefully, asked the right questions and given good care.

Could do with doing a diversity course. I felt judged & he didn't help me at all. Negative experience. Employ more diverse staff.
