Dr. Dowell is a very competent Doctor. He has been My Doctor for more than 23 years. I always follow him whenever he leaves from one surgery to another. He his very caring, has time for you, listen and give very good advice. It will be very sad to see him leave Bilston Urban Med Centre, but k owing me i will find him in the next surgery and will follow him there too. He knows me every so well. I will miss him.

I believe this is the Doctor who I spoke to over the telephone today regarding my sons health and he was very kind, knowledgeable and seemed like he cared genuinely for the concerns and the consultation did not feel rushed at all although given the current times I'm sure there were time constraints. God bless him.
