I don't usually write reviews at all, but I wanted to feedback about the exceptionally care I recieved when I went to have my vaccine at the covid hub at QA yesterday. The nurse I saw was very friendly and helpful and asked Dr Cairns to come in to speak to me about my vaccine due to my circumstance. Dr Cairns went above and beyond in his care. He took my mobile number and rang me in the afternoon that day after he had found out more information and when he had spoken to his manager. He also sent me an email with information. As a result I was able to make an informed decision about the vaccine. I know the hospital is under a lot of pressure at the moment and this makes the care he gave me even more exceptional.
