I had met Dr Jones before previous operations so knew from the off I was in good hands,I was worried at first as I was not having a general anaesthetic, but once again my fear was very quickly put at ease after the operation he came and fully explained everything to me covering the drugs prescribed and backed this up with a letter explaining what each drug did ,one very happy patent, and a big thanks to Mr Palmer whose skill allows me live normal life, a great team thank you

I had the pleasure of meeting dr hywell jones at the Chelmsford hospital, he made me feel at ease and explained everything very clearly and has a lovely sense of humour. Once in theatre again he made me feel at ease and I knew I was in very safe hands. He also put on a great song for me to fall asleep to...... 'the final countdown'.
