Dr Jones put me at total ease, informing me of exactly what he would be doing at all stages which was completely reassuring. His aftercare was exemplary spending time after my operation to again explain everything in detail which he made very easy to understand. At what can be a very traumatic and apprehensive time Dr Jones made the whole process much easier.

The Doctor spent time with me pre-op, to calm me down (as blood pressure was so high). He explained everything that was going to happen and spent about 20 minutes just chatting and reassured me about the whole procedure. He also popped up onto the ward post-op to see how I was.

Dr.Jones took time to explain everything in detail about my options for anaesthetia. He gave me great confidence and put me totally at ease for my knee replacement surgery. I was adamant I wanted a general anaesthetic but after talking with Dr. Jones I went ahead with just a spinal block and sedation, which meant a speedier recovery. After the procedure, Dr. Jones was very attentive and caring. He explained all the medication fully. I sincerely hope I’m under his care for my second knee replacement surgery.
