I have just had a full knee replacement at Springfield Hospital. Dr Jones was my anaesthetist. His explanation of the anaesthetic he wanted to use was comprehensive leaving me completely at ease. After the operation he prescribed my medication and made sure I was totally happy with how I should manage my pain relief. His delivery is reassuring and comes with a smile. I would think it hard to find a better anaesthetist.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Jones. I had full knee replacement surgery and he put me and my wife at ease from the start. We were impressed by his professional and friendly manner and he explained everything to us in detail. We would like to thank him for the great care I received.

Dr Hywel Jones was extremely professional but also explained, in easy to understand terms, what the procedure was going to be during my Patella Resurfacing operation. He has a very good bedside manner, humerous and was able to put me at ease. He visited after the operation to ensure I was ok and explained the 'bespoke' prescription of medication he had arranged for me to take home. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Jones as a thoroughly competent Anaesthetist and thank him for his very professional attention.

Dr Jones was thoroughly professional with a great sense of humour, which put me at ease before my knee replacement surgery. He clearly explained the procedure and the medication I would be given post op. I cannot praise Dr Jones highly enough and should I ever need surgery at any time in the future I hope he will be my aneathatist.

Dr Jones ,from start to finish was fantastic in all aspects of his foresaid G&T treatment,felt very at ease with all aspects of his treatment and aftercare ,his old bedside manner was the best,an excellent anaesthetist ( I have had some experience through many operations).Thanks for your Great Help and Servive.
