I had the pleasure of meeting dr hywell jones at the Chelmsford hospital, he made me feel at ease and explained everything very clearly and has a lovely sense of humour. Once in theatre again he made me feel at ease and I knew I was in very safe hands. He also put on a great song for me to fall asleep to...... 'the final countdown'. Fell asleep with a smile on my face :)
