On Friday 30th September 2016 I had a Septoplasty procedure at Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford and Dr. Hywel Jones was my Anaesthetist. He came to see me prior to the operation and having explained fully his role in the procedure, he made me feel totally at ease and took away all the fears I had regarding my operation. He was the last person I saw before falling asleep and the first person I saw when I awoke in the Recovery Room. If I have to have any operations in the future, I would really want Dr. Hywel Jones to be my Anaesthetist again. I would thoroughly recommend him.
