Dr Jones provided me with all the information I needed pre-operatively. He used language that was simple but explicit. I was quite apprehensive about having a spinal block, but he reassured me about the process. On the day he supplied the 'gin & tonic' and the next thing I remember was being told the operation (TKR) was over. Post operatively he visited me in the afternoon and evening to check my progress. He was careful to explain the plethora of drugs I would take home on discharge.
Overall Dr Jones provided a professional, extremely competent and friendly approach with a delightful touch of humour.
