Dr Jones listened to my concerns and has helped me to sort my hand out. He has also said if the pain returns he will be happy to see me again. I found it very easy to get an appointment to see the doctor. He explained everything to me each time that I saw him so that I understood what was wrong with my hand.

Dr Hugh Jones is, as always, kind and thorough and takes time to listen and explain very clearly. One of this world’s good people. Never rushes you and is both compassionate and empathetic. I can recommend him as a highly competent, experienced Rheumatologist who knowledge goes way beyond that and whose first though usually turn out to be the correct diagnosis.

Dr. Jones was very patient & listened with concern when I was talking through my symptoms. I felt complete confidence in his approach and the subsequent course of action he suggests. I felt that he listened and explained what might be happening and the subsequent course of action.
