Dr Jones not only listens to you but explains clearly treatments and medications that are best suited to you personally. He is extremely pleasant and helpful. Each appointment I have had with him has given me confidence and hope and I feel very comfortable and relaxed with him. What more could you ask for.

I had my yearly review with Dr. Hugh Jones last week. He is always welcoming and friendly in a professional way. He listens to what you say and answers your questions or concerns. I always feel at ease and not worried or feel silly to ask questions or about any concerns I have.

Doctor Jones was very friendly and explained all the way through what things meant and what the different variants could be and why - and spent time listening to the problems I had been experiencing due to my health condition. Examined areas of problems and also gave some helpful advice about what I could do to help myself too - gave me a bit more confidence. Left feeling more reassured.

Dr Jones puts patients as ease and is very friendly and cheerful so makes the problem seem lighter than it was before. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping patients and is extremely good. He is very kind. He stops at nothing to get to the root of a health issue, arranging scans or blood tests or anything that is needed.

I have been referred to see a Rheumatologist by my GP but as there is a waiting list on the NHS decided to book a private consultation with Dr Jones about the swelling and pain in my fingers on the right hand. I felt that Dr Jones did not really give me a conclusive diagnosis and more or less relayed what the GP had told me during my appointment with the GP.
