I saw Dr Jones because my GP was wondering about the best likelihood for diagnosis and treatment of my problem. A friend had seen Dr Jones and said she thought his manner was excellent and he knew what he was talking about. I found Dr Jones friendly and relaxed but he listened to me very well, examined me, gave advice for investigation and was able to dictate a letter to my GP on the spot within the confines of the appointment time yet without neglecting me. Nothing could have been more pleasant, simpler or quicker.
