I was referred to Hugh Jones by my GP and was seen within just six days of the referral for which I am very grateful. I felt like I was listened to and a clear care plan has been formulated. Mr Jones gave me contact details should I need help before my next appointment which is reassuring. I didn't feel under time pressure which was good, in fact it felt more like a private appointment because time was given for me to explain exactly what has been going on and for us to discuss the plan of action. Most importantly he appears to genuinely care.
