I called the Elizabeth House Medical Practice at 08:40 on Monday 20/09/2021 as I needed to speak to a doctor. The recorded message said I was 2nd in the queue. The receptionist answered within a couple of minutes. She took my details and checked what I needed to speak to the doctor about. I assume she did this to ensure it was only a call that I needed and not a face to face appointment. I received a call from Dr Cohen by 08:50! As usual he was very pleasant listened to the details of my reason for calling him. He understood the situation immediately and provided an appropriate response. He gave the impression that he understood my situation and provided the correct support. I did not need to be seen face to face and was happy to deal with this matter over the phone. Dr Cohen gave the impression that he cared about me and wanted to help me with a very difficult situation. I don't think anyone else could have provided better care, in a more timely fashion. The level of care I received was better than I would probably have received on a private, fee paying basis. I honestly cannot think how Dr Cohen could have improved on the care and service he has afforded me.
