I met with Dr Maksoud several years ago, having undertaken extensive research on the internet to find someone who I thought would be best placed to help me. I had never felt compelled to do this before, however, my health was rapidly spiralling downwards with no explanation and nothing was being done. I was at the point of complete despair. I was shocked at how quickly Dr Maksoud acted and how intent he was in his pursuit of a diagnosis, he never once gave up on me. His knowledge was outstanding, as was his professionalism, and he had an amazing ability to reassure me during very distressing circumstances. I remember that first consultation, I knew that I had finally found the person I needed and he gave me my life back. Dr Maksoud is an extraordinary doctor. He made me feel like I was his most important patient and I found that I would actually look forward to our subsequent consultations. I have now recommended him on several occasions to both family and friends, all of whom have nothing but high praise for his compassion and support. I would like to thank Dr Maksoud for everything that he has done for me, he helped me at a time when there was no on else to do so.

I can wholeheartedly say that Dr Maksoud has changed my life. I overheard two women in the salon praising him and I will forever be thankful for that moment, he came so highly recommended and I will always be eternally grateful that I got a referral. Dr Maksoud is wonderfully kind, patient, exceptionally knowledgeable and an expert in his field, and he genuinely cares about you – not just the condition that he is treating, but your overall wellbeing too. I will always have the utmost respect for him; there really is truly nobody else like Dr Maksoud and I feel privileged to call him my doctor, I wouldn’t be where I am today without him. I’d always been a healthy and active young woman, but that all changed when I turned 25, where daily tasks and life in general were becoming a struggle; I started becoming constantly unwell and had so many issues develop, from complete exhaustion to unexplained severe adult acne, hair loss, excessive weight gain, insomnia, extreme stress, hormonal problems, allergic reactions, intense headaches, insulin issues, alcohol intolerance, and more – it was utterly affecting my life (work, social, and general) and I was completely miserable. I endured 2 years of hell with no diagnosis and felt helpless getting nowhere, I felt like my body was shutting down and eventually I ended up in hospital with a severe reaction. A few months later Dr Maksoud came into my life, and all those symptoms that seemed unimportant and that had been ignored for too long, he so clearly understood and the seriousness of them. I will never forget our first consultation, I felt embarrassed listing off a list so long of everything that I had been going through and thought that maybe some issues were insignificant and not worth mentioning, but Dr Maksoud encouraged me to tell him everything, and he took note of every detail. He mapped it all out, and at the end of the consultation, linked everything together determining the root cause of it all and explained how we were going to cure it – me and my mum were in awe, and to this day talk about that moment. I got into the car after our meeting and I couldn’t help but cry with relief, because finally I had found somebody who listened, who understood me, and who was going to/knew how to help me. And he did - Within a matter of months, I was on the right medication and on the road to recovery and now a year on later, the transformation is genuinely, amazing. (People are always asking me what skincare regime I'm using, but truthfully, none!) I had completely lost myself but Dr Maksoud has given me my life back. I can’t thank him enough and will always look forward to our appointments. I have no reservations in recommending Dr Maksoud, he really is the best and his secretaries are exceptionally wonderful too.

Dr Maksoud is the most conscientious, sympathetic and understanding doctor I have met in the past 30 years. His professionalism and attention to detail and listening to his patient and what they are experiencing is exceptional. I have found he gives such confidence that is much needed as a patient putting their trust in a doctor.
