Dr Hesham Abdalla is a brilliant,caring, Doctor. He has given us the answer we have been waiting to hear for many years. He listened to myself and my daughter he didnt judge us he just listened which other doctors have NEVER done before. He put my daughter at ease and myself. We are very glad that we meet Dr Abdalla today(4/10/11)

Over the last 18 months my daughter has been seen by many different doctors for her CF at the Manor Hospital. It seemed to be a more organised appointment, friendly and welcoming, whereby someone actually spoke to my daughter and considered her thoughts and answers. I now hope we continue to see Dr Abdalla so that my daughter can begin to recognise, and get to know, a familiar face so that she feels more at ease with her many appointments shared between BCH and the Manor Hospital.

This doctor was great with my son he explained everything well and prevented him becoming anxious about the tests he is due to have.
He dealt well with all the questions I had without making me feel like a nuisance for asking.
