Called to make an appointment Had to be triaged so gave a work number as I don’t get any service at my place of work When I missed a call, I called straight back to be told I would have to call back at 1 Pm and ask for another call!( by a male receptionist) I then got called to be lectured about their policy of being called on a personal mobile - that listening to ‘dental advertisements’ was not appropriate and I should at least have a direct land line number to be called on Not all of us who work have this option. My call seemed very rushed, uncaring and matter of fact! Not impressed at all
