Dr Helena Savin

I discussed the relative ineffectiveness of painkillers for treating my hip pain (arthritis) and the reasons I was advised not to take NSAIDs (Ibuprofen). Dr Savin listened to my concerns, looked at my current medications and gave me her 'second opinion' advice on taking such medications moving forward. I'd be very happy to consult with her again in the future.

Called to make an appointment Had to be triaged so gave a work number as I don’t get any service at my place of work When I missed a call, I called straight back to be told I would have to call back at 1 Pm and ask for another call!( by a male receptionist) I then got called to be lectured about their policy of being called on a personal mobile - that listening to ‘dental advertisements’ was not appropriate and I should at least have a direct land line number to be called on Not all of us who work have this option. My call seemed very rushed, uncaring and matter of fact! Not impressed at all

Dr Savin has a caring and patient yet logical and proactive approach. She listens to concerns and is able to get to the bottom of the issue quickly and effectively. She is quick to respond to results and keen to ensure that patients are happy with their care. I would definitely recommend her as a GP.
