I find it frustrating that when you call for an appointment you get told to attend the surgery the next day at 8am & wait until it opens at 8.30 to get an appointment. How do elderly/disabled/people with young families cope with this system?
I have to have regular repeat prescriptions and when one of the items changed due to the make up of the item the receptionist and doctor were most helpful.
Overall an excellent service. If I am unable to get an appt I am always able to speak to my GP on the telephone which is always helpful.
