Dr Terrell Listened to me about my symptoms and then did a full examination. She then explained some possible causes of my symptoms, and prescribed a course of treatment. She requested I see her again in two weeks as a follow up.

Dr Terrell made time for me even though I knew she was extremely busy due to alot of staff off sick. She was caring kind and my treatment was definitely her priority. I thank her for taking time with me. True thanks to Dr Terrell

I have recently had treatment on my face which at the moment is unsightly. Dr. Terrell has been totally supportive and furnished me with a letter stating I was not contageous because I had a holiday booked for Cuba. I was worried the authorities might not let me in! She also helped me with the necessary 'plaster' to help protect my 'wound'. I have total faith and confidence in her.

My life is on hold, BUT without Dr Terrell’s care and dedication, I would not have had a chance. Having to have blood tests regularly a slight sign of anima showed, she spoke to me about it and decided not to wait and sent me for other tests, which should early Cancer For whatever you go she her for, she always gives full consideration and care What more can you ask for from your GP

Specialises in

  • General Practice
  • Palliative medicine

Profile

I’m now an Independent GP Locum happily working in Maidstone and surrounding villages. I am also one of the Lead GP in Frailty working for West Kent CCG and supporting a Pilot of the Frequent User Service Worker Project.

I care about my patients and have always welcomed feedback to allow me to reflect and develop. I enjoy my job, but would welcome more time with each patient. The NHS has failed to keep pace with the complexity of modern General Practice and the time that it needs to be safe and effective.

My special interests are palliative care, paediatrics, communication skills, diabetes and dermatology. I am trained to perform minor operations and injections for arthritis and trigger finger. In the past I have been Partner for 19 years and have been GP Appraiser and GP Macmillan Facilitator Cancer and Palliative Care.

In my free time, I’m mother of 3 enthusiastic boys and understand the challenges of being a working parent. I love to be creative and be with my friends and family. I enjoy to travel and learn from other countries and cultures.
