I was placed under this GP after victim of a criminal offence by my previous. To date I'm subject to total rejection to provide the evidence of blood results omitted from my patient record to the poisoning of me or the support required to the sexual assault of me that occurred. I'm refused medications to my disability when requested. The Dr is either being controlled by another to my detriment or victimising me.
