I would like to thank Dr. Helen McNally who has been trying for the last 10 months to diagnose the cause of my symptoms being Chronic Fatigue, all over aches & pains and progressive weight loss. Having tried just about every test available, we became increasingly frustrated and despondent looking for a diagnosis, however, due to Dr. McNally 's patience and tenacious determination I have finally been diagnosed with Hypopituitarism and Pituitary Tumour and have now started a course of treatment which I am already showing signs of improvement. The battle towards recovery has only just begun but we want to express how special this Doctor is and what a credit she is to this surgery.

Dr McNally is one of the best listeners I have encountered and has been very understanding and sympathetic towards me and my problems. I have been seen on several occasions and referred to a consultant and by a series of elimination I have been diagnosed and am now receiving some appropriate medication. Dr McNally is a great doctor and I trust her judgement 100% and would recommend her to anyone. I hope she remains within this surgery for a long time to come , the practice manager should be very proud to have her onboard.

Very easy to talk to about sensitive issues. I have a long term illness and she's been very supportive, which really makes a change, I can tell you.
