This doctor was excellent. She listens to patients' problems and I always found her to be confident and reassuring. I had a number of serious health issues at the time when she was a GP at the practice in my own town but she spent time listening to me and helping me get through this very difficult period. Based on my own experience, I can thoroughly recommend her.

This GP, has very little bedside manner. She seems to have great reluctance about any diagnosis she makes and is quite unwilling to listen to any queries you may have regarding said diagnosis. Being young, it could be expected that she perhaps does not have as much experience or knowledge as her colleagues. One would however expect her to be confident and re-assuring, something which she is not. When ringing the surgery, if she is the only doctor available I would rather wait until the out of hours service. At least you could obtain a proper diagnosis and the correct course of treatment from them, instead of a diagnosis that appears to often be guesswork. I feel that her bedside manner definitely needs to be worked on and she shouldn't be so flippant with her patients. After all, our NI contributions go towards paying her wages.
