Dr Jervis is a caring GP, always interested in her patients and their general well being. Does not dispense drugs lightly, but only those specifically targeted to the health problem diagnosed.

Rang the surgery first thing and Dr Jervis rang back within a few minutes. After she had listened to my problem she suggested that a visit to the surgery was advisable and made an appointment for me the same afternoon. Identified the problem immediately, dealt with it and, without me asking, assured me it was not cancerous or precancerous. Suggested I 'pone if it did not clear up.
