Dr Jervis was attentive and listened carefully to the symptoms we gave her - she checked my daughter thoroughly and although she didn't need medical treatment on this occasion, she advised us about how best to manage her symptoms at home.

This doctor gives you all the time that you need to explain your illness and she is always happy to discuss alternative ways to make you better and some of these do not include medication which is good. Lastly she is a very caring person.
