I went to see Dr Harris hoping for quality care and good knowledge of the conditions that have impacted my quality of life. However, these things did not occur and instead over a span of 10 months I was sent to the wrong clinic by letter and given the wrong test results. I wasn’t offered any treatment plans just the do your own physio exercise. She was rude and dismissive and just Im sorry we can’t offer you anything more then discharged. If you are not interested in helping the patients you claim to want to treat then at least have the humanity to not waste their time and money and raising their hopes to just simply discharge with no treatments even though the patient is suffering and is completely disabled.

Dismissive of symptoms of active rheumatoid arthritis. Does not listen, talks over the patient. Offered opiates rather than a rheumatology review. I felt like a schoolchild being told off in the headmistresses office.
