Took her time listening to me and addressed all my concerns. Followed up and reassuring. Was very open and honest about anything she wasn't too sure about.

I have always been seen by Dr Purvis or Dr Coleman but neither had appointments. So I tried Dr Eden. I was disappointed with her care. She seemed to be disinterested and have her mind elsewhere. It seems to be a shame as I have always received such excellent care from the surgery and never left dissatisfied. I left feeling a little neglected on this occasion. My suggestion to improve the service would be to listen and be a more attentive. Maybe spend sometime with Dr Purvis or Dr Coleman and see how the professionals perform in their surgery's.
