Because Dr Clayton only works part time it is difficult to get appointments and just as difficult to get a telephone appointment. Waiting time for either is about two weeks. One or two of the receptionists are very obstructive and will not listen to ones problem. I recently attended a cardiologist who recommended cardioversion, which I know nothing about. I needed to speak to Dr Clayton or any emergency Doctor and was told my doctor was not available for two weeks nor for telephone consultations either. I was told to phone again after 2 p.m. to speak to an emergency Doctor. So I sent an email. I did not get a reply to that so I cancelled the Cardioversion. I am still waiting to hear from the surgery after nearly two weeks.
