Dreadful doctor. She rolled her eyes every time I entered her surgery despite the fact I have numerous serious medical complaints. She spoke to me as if I was a hypochondriac and wrote to a pain consultant that ‘despite her conditions, she looks v well to me.’ Gaslighting on an epic scale. I didn’t realise I should have been sobbing every time I went to see her. I’m guessing she didn’t understand my chronic health conditions and felt stupid, I don’t know. Please avoid

Dr Luckhurst is extremely caring and shows great empathy for her patients. She seems to remember even the smallest details of previous visits and discussions. Always calm and professional, I would trust her completely with knowing what to do in tough situations (of which I've had a few). I'm not sure what I did to deserve such a great GP but I really hope Dr Luckhurst doesn't move! Thank you so much.

I have lived with chronic illness for many years. During this time, I have found Dr Luckhurst to be the best GP I have ever encountered. She listens sympathetically and demonstrates a real committment to patieent care, no matter how difficult the problem.
