I found this dr a wonderfull person who I trusted 100% & who gave me many years to my health to which ime having a job to find at our surgery at the moment Hazel also looked after my wife the same whith her ongoing chest problems THANKYOU.

Dr hazel Blanchard is a excelant GP when she was at my surgery in Stratford on Avon she looked after my family 110% and also a lovely human being
